创业失败学习对农村电商再创业绩效的影响研究
Study on the Impact of Entrepreneurial Failure Learning on Re-Entrepreneurial Performance of Rural E-Commerce

Abstract
Based on the resource conservation theory,305 rural e-commerce entrepreneurs from Shang-hai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui were taken as research samples,and the influence mechanism of entrepre-neurial failure learning on rural e-commerce re-entrepreneurship performance was explored through the combination of hierarchical regression and fuzzy set qualitative analysis(fsQCA).The results show that entre-preneurial failure learning has a positive impact on rural e-commerce re-entrepreneurship performance;En-trepreneurial resilience plays a mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial failure learning and entrepreneurial performance;The entrepreneurial role model positively moderates the effect of entrepreneurial resilience on re-entrepreneurial performance,and moderates the mediating effect of entrepreneurial resilience between entrepreneurial failure learning and re-entrepreneurial performance.It can be seen from the necessi-ty test that a single condition variable cannot explain the performance improvement mechanism of rural e-commerce re-entrepreneurship alone.Through the adequacy configuration analysis,a total of four rural e-commerce re-entrepreneurship high performance configuration paths are formed,and the configuration results provide new ideas for the performance improvement of rural e-commerce re-entrepreneurship.关键词
