Abstract
Objective To observe the impact of peer guidance intervention on breastfeeding self-efficacy of primiparas.Methods A total of 129 primiparas who gave birth in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics,People's Liberation Army 95829 Military Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the time of admission.The control group(65 cases of singular serial number)received routine breastfeeding education,and the experimental group(64 cases of even serial number)received breastfeeding peer guidance intervention.The breastfeeding rate at 42 days after delivery and breastfeeding self-efficacy score at 1 week after delivery of the two groups were compared.Results The breastfeeding rate of the experimental group was 96.88%,which was higher than 72.31%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The breastfeeding self-efficacy score of the experimental group was(62.53±5.99)points,which was higher than(55.17±7.73)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Peer guidance intervention can improve the breastfeeding self-efficacy of primiparas,and increase their breastfeeding rate.关键词
