Measurement and Dynamic Evolution of the Construction Level of China's High-standard Data Element Market
摘要
Abstract
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2022,this paper uses the entropy method to mea-sure the construction level of China's high-standard data factor market,and adopts the Dagum Gini coefficient method and Kernel density estimation method to reveal the regional differences and dynamic evolution trend of China's high-standard data factor market construction.The results go as below:The construction level of China's high-standard data factor market shows a steady growth trend,but the overall level is low and has a large space for improvement,among which the opening of high-standard data factor is the bottleneck restricting the construction of China's high-standard data factor market.The inter-regional differences of the construction level of China's high-standard data factor market show a decreasing trend,and it is the main source of the overall differences.The absolute difference of the construction level of high standard data factor market in China and eastern,central and western regions shows a decreasing trend,while the northeast region shows an expanding trend.关键词
