基于互联网云平台的新生儿延续护理需求及实施现状分析
Analysis of the needs and implementation status of neonatal continuous nursing based on internet cloud platform

Abstract
Objective To understand the continuous nursing service needs of parents of newborns,and analyze the implementation status of Internet+nursing in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University(our hospital),in order to provide reference for clinical work.Methods Newborns admitted to our hospital from July to December 2021 and their parents were selected as the research objects,their parents were investigated with a self-designed neonatal continuous nursing needs questionnaire,and their needs for continuous nursing were summarized and analyzed.The background data of Internet intelligent platform in our hospital were collected,and the online consultation and home care service on the neonatal Internet cloud platform of our hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were statistically analyzed,and the implementation status of Internet+nursing in the department of neonatology was analyzed.Results 60.98%of newborn parents expected to obtain home care services after discharge,and the items with high demand for home care services were life care guidance(49.59%),breast feeding guidance(40.65%),medication guidance(33.33%)and neonatal massage(32.52%).The main problems consulted by newborn parents were classified into five categories:feeding,life care,skin care,medication care and vaccination,among which feeding,life care and skin care accounted for a relatively high proportion.Conclusion Parents of newborns have a high demand for continuous nursing,which involves a wide range of contents.Online and offline mode can be used to provide individualized services combined with the needs of parents of newborns,so as to improve the long-term quality of life of newborns after discharge.关键词
