融入课程思政元素的案例教学在助产专业产房实习带教中的应用
Application of case teaching integrated with ideological and political curriculum elements in midwifery practice teaching

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of case teaching integrated with ideological and political curriculum elements in midwifery practice teaching.Methods A total of 46 midwifery students who practiced in the Delivery Room of Xuzhou Central Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected.Among of them 26 students who practiced from January to May 2021 were used as the control group,and traditional case teaching method was used for teaching.From July to December 2021,20 midwifery interns were used as the experimental group,and the case teaching method integrated with ideological and political curriculum elements was used for teaching.The examination scores,professional ethics and humanistic care ability of interns between the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical score,operational score,professional ethics and humanistic care ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In midwifery practice clinical teaching,case teaching integrated with ideological and political curriculum elements can improve students'theoretical and operational results,enhance professional ethics,strengthen their humanistic care ability,and has a good application effect.关键词
