外泌体在川崎病诊治中的应用进展
Progress in the application of exosomes in the diagnosis and treatment of Kawasaki disease
摘要
Abstract
Kawasaki disease is an acute,self-limited systemic vasculitis predominantly affecting children, characterized by fever, rash, bulbar conjunctival injection, oral mucosal changes, erythema of the hands and feet, and cervical lymphadenopathy, with the coronary arteries most commonly involved.Since its initial description in 1967,the coronary complications of Kawasaki disease have emerged as a major cause of acquired heart disease in children in developed countries.Exosomes are extracellular vesicles secreted by cells with diameters ranging from 40 to 160 nm(with an average around 100 nm)and a lipid bilayer membrane structure, containing a variety of molecules such as proteins, lipids,DNA,miRNAs and other molecules, which play an important role in intercellular communication, immune modulation, and the pathogenesis of various diseases. In recent years, the potential of exosomes in diagnosing and treating a spectrum of diseases, particularly cardiovascular diseases, has been increasingly recognized. This paper aims to review the current research on the role of exosomes in the diagnosis and management of Kawasaki disease.关键词
