摘要
Abstract
Nesfatin-1 is a peptide derived from the enzymatic cleavage of the Nucleobindin-2 precursor protein.Nesfatin-1 is initially discovered in the hypothalamus,notable for its appetite-suppressing function.Recent studies have further elucidated its role in energy metabolism and its critical involvement in various physiological processes,particularly in the regulation of the reproductive system.Nesfatin-1 protects ovarian health by combating oxidative stress and apoptosis,and regulating reproductive hormone secretion,thereby improving ovarian function.This article primarily addresses the recent research advancements concerning the influence of Nesfatin-1 on ovarian function.关键词
