摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use assisted Human Interferon α2b Gel on virus negative transformation and vaginal microecology in patients with cervical high risk human papilloma virus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 194 patients with cervical high risk HPV infection admitted to Binzhou Bincheng District Municipal Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into control group(97 cases)and observation group(97 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Human Interferon α2b,and the observation group was treated with Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use.The total effective rate,vaginal microecological indicators,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The proportions of Ⅱ-Ⅲ grade of flora density,Ⅱ-Ⅲ grade of flora diversity,Lactobacillus,vaginal pH value 3.8-4.5,negative hydrogen peroxide,negative sialidase,and negative leukocyte esterase in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Live Lactobacillus Capsule for Vaginal Use assisted Human Interferonα2b Gel in the treatment of patients with cervical high risk HPV infection can promote HPV turn negative and regulate the vaginal microecological.关键词
