Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of hysteroscopic electrocision and cold knife resection in the treatment of endometrial polyps. Methods A total of 100 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to Guangze County Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50).The control group was treated with hysteroscopic electrocision, and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic cold knife resection. The operation related indicators, menstrual volume, complications, and the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and hemoglobin were compared between the two groups. Results There was no difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, the intraoperative blood loss was reduced and the length of hospital stay was shortened in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment, the menstrual volume and vascular endothelial growth factor level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the hemoglobin level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%,which was lower than 28.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic cold knife resection can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with endometrial polyps, shorten the length of hospital stay, improve the related laboratory indicators, and has fewer complications.关键词
