Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Amlodipine Besilate combined with Irbesartan in the treatment of elderly female hypertension.Methods From January 2022 to January 2024,60 elderly female patients with hypertension treated in the Tongling Tongguan District Yaoshan Community Health Service Center were selected,and divided into control group(30 cases,Amlodipine Besilate Tablets)and observation group(30 cases,control group+Irbesartan Tablets)by random number table method.The blood pressure,mean arterial pressure,24 hours blood pressure variability,adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before medication,there were no significant differences in levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and mean arterial pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 months of medication,the levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and mean arterial pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before medication,there was no difference in 24 h blood pressure variability between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 months of medication,the improvement of 24 h blood pressure variability in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 months of medication,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine Besilate combined with Irbesartan is effective in the treatment of elderly female patients with hypertension.关键词
