摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Recombinant Human Interferon α2b combined with Xiaoer Resuqing Granules in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods A total of 120 children with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to Long'an County People's Hospital from January 2022 to February 2024 were selected and divided into observation group(60 cases,treated with Recombinant Human Interferon α2b combined with Xiaoer Resuqing Granules)and control group(60 cases,treated with Recombinant Human Interferon α2b)according to the random number table method.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,total incidence of adverse reactions and immunoglobulin(Ig)levels were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of fever,rash and herpes in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgM,IgG and IgA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Recombinant Human Interferon α2b combined with Xiaoer Resuqing Granules has good clinical effect in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease,which can reduce clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of immune function.关键词
