摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of chronic cough after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods A total of 72 children with chronic cough after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,while the observation group was treated with Budesonide aerosol inhalation based on the control group.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the peak expiratory flow,the forced expiratory volume in one second,and the cough symptom score after treatment were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of chronic cough after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children can not only rapidly reduce the cough symptom of children,but also improve lung function,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
