Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of neonatal enterostomy-related complications.Methods The clinical data of 88 neonates who underwent enterostomy in the neonatal intensive care unit of Qingdao Women and Children's Hospital from September 2017 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the incidence of enterostomy-related complications,the neonates were divided into complication group and non-complication group,and the related factors of the occurrence of enterostomy-related complications were analyzed Results Among the 88 neonates included,1 died,12 gave up treatment,and 6 were lost to follow-up.A total of 69 cases were followed up,19 of whom developed enterostomy related complications.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in gestational age,primary intestinal disease,postoperative fistula opening time and postoperative milk opening time between the two groups(P<0.05).The logistic regression analysis showed that postoperative fistula opening time was an independent factor influencing neonatal enterostomy-related complications(OR=0.176,P=0.006).Conclusion Neonatal enterostomy-related complications are closely related to postoperative fistula opening time,clinical intervention should be targeted.关键词
