Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with Budesonide and Terbutaline Sulfate aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchopneumonia.Methods Eighty children with asthmatic bronchopneumonia in Department of Pediatrics,People's Hospital of Wenshang County from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonide and Terbutaline Sulfate aerosol inhalation regimen,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on this basis.The symptom remission time,clinical treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The symptom remission time of observation group was shorter than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 75.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.274,P=0.012).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with Budesonide and Terbutaline Sulfate aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchopneumonia has good effect.关键词
