缩宫素联合间苯三酚在妊娠晚期初产妇引产中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of Oxytocin combined with Phloroglucinol on induction of labor in primiparas of late trimester of pregnancy.Methods A total of 100 primiparas with singleton cephalic presentation requiring induced labor who gave birth in Langfang Aidebao Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group using the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with Oxytocin combined with Phloroglucinol.The stage of labor,2 hours postpartum vaginal bleeding volume,and 1-minute Apgar score of newborns were compared between the two groups.Results The first stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the second and third stages of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the rate of cesarean section and 2 hours postpartum vaginal bleeding volume between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the 1-minute Apgar score of newborns between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Oxytocin combined with Phloroglucinol on induction of labor in primiparas of late trimester of pregnancy can effectively shorten the stage of labor and has certain clinical application value.关键词
