Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of dietary nutrition guidance combined with Iron Polysaccharide Complex on patients with iron deficiency anemia(IDA)during pregnancy.Methods Eighty patients with IDA during pregnancy admitted to Huidong County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 were divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given Iron Polysaccharide Complex,while the observation group was given dietary nutrition guidance on the basis of the control group.The serological indexes,iron metabolism indexes,and adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The results showed that the hemoglobin,mean corpuscular volume,red blood cell count,mean corpuscular hemoglobin,ferritin,and serum iron levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The level of soluble transferrin receptor after treatment and the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dietary nutrition guidance combined with Iron Polysaccharide Complex can effectively improve the serological indexes,maternal and infant outcomes,and alleviate the symptoms of anemia in patients with IDA during pregnancy.关键词
