低分割调强放疗在乳腺癌保乳术后患者中的应用效果
Application effect of low-segmentation intensity modulated radio-therapy in patients with breast cancer after breast conserving surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of low-segmentation intensity modulated radiotherapy in patients with breast cancer after breast conserving surgery. Methods The clinical data of 103 patients with breast cancer who underwent breast conserving surgery in Yantai Yantaishan Hospital from April 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods, the patients were divided into the low-segmentation group(n=64,treated with low-segmentation intensity modulated radiotherapy)and the conventional group(n=39,treated with conventional radiotherapy). The application effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of T lymphocyte subsets in both groups decreased, and the CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+in the low-segmentation group were higher than those in the conventional group, while the CD8+was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of tumor markers in both groups decreased, and the levels of carbohydrate antigen 15-3,carbohydrate antigen 125,alpha fetoprotein, and carcinoembryonic antigen in the low-segmentation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of low-segmentation intensity modulated radiotherapy in patients with breast cancer after breast conserving surgery is helpful to improve the levels of T lymphocyte subsets and tumor markers.关键词
