乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of upper limb lymphedema postoperative breast cancer,and to provide guidance for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with breast cancer who underwent radical mastectomy for breast cancer in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2018 to June 2022 were retrospectively collected.All the patients were divided into the occurrence group(20 cases)and the non-occurrence group(70 cases)according to whether the occurrence of upper limb lymphedema postoperative.Through univariate analysis and multivariate analysis,the influencing factors of upper limb lymphedema postoperative breast cancer were analyzed.Results Body mass index,postoperative complications(infection/effusion/delayed healing),axillary lymph node metastasis,hypertension,and postoperative upper limb functional exercise were associated with upper limb lymphedema postoperative breast cancer(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that body mass index≥24 kg/m2,occurrence of postoperative complications(infection/effusion/delayed healing),presence of axillary lymph node metastasis,and combined hypertension were the independent risk factors for upper limb lymphedema postoperative breast cancer,and postoperative receipt of upper limb functional exercise was the protective factor for upper limb lymphedema postoperative breast cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion Body mass index≥24 kg/m2,occurrence of postoperative complications(infection/effusion/delayed healing),presence of axillary lymph node metastasis,and combined hypertension can lead to the occurrence of upper limb lymphedema postoperative breast cancer.Postoperative receipt of upper limb functional exercise can reduce the risk of upper limb lymphedema postoperative breast cancer.关键词
