Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Budesonide nebulized inhalation in the treatment of children with community-acquired pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 children with community-acquired pneumonia admitted to Tianjin Hedong District Xiangyanglou Street Community Health Service Center from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups using the random number table method.The control group(n=50)was treated with Montelukast,and the observation group(n=50)was treated with Montelukast+Budesonide nebulized inhalation.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory indicators,incidence of adverse reactions,and lung function were compared between two groups.Results The observation group showed better clinical efficacy compared with the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had low levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,and procalcitonin than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had higher forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity,peak expiratory,and diffusing capacity of the lungs for carbon monoxide than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Budesonide nebulized inhalation in the treatment of children with community-acquired pneumonia is definite,which can reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body,improve lung function,and is worth reference.关键词
