Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of aerosol inhalation of Recombinant Human Interferon α1b in the treatment of respiratory adenovirus(Ad)infection in children.Methods Sixty children with respiratory Ad infection in Yangzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital Affiliated to Yangzhou University from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into the study group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)using the random number table method.The control group received basic medication treatment,and the study group added treatment with aerosol inhalation of Recombinant Human Interferon α1b.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effect and total effective rate of the study group(96.67%)were higher than those of the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05).The symptom improvement time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The immune function indicators in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of aerosol inhalation Recombinant Human Interferon α1b in the treatment of children with respiratory Ad infection is effective,which can shorten the time of symptom disappearance,improve immune function,and has clinical reference value.关键词
