Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of full-course high quality nursing intervention on psychological state and adverse reactions of children with facial and neck hemangioma treated by laser.Methods A total of 74 children with facial and neck hemangioma who received laser treatment in Maternal and Child Health Care of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to different nursing intervention methods.The observation group(n=37)received full-course high quality nursing,while the control group(n=37)received routine nursing.The scores of social anxiety scale for children(SASC)and depression self-rating scale for children(DSRSC),and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in SASC and DSRSC scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SASC and DSRSC scores of the observation group([9.12±2.22],[9.23±3.32]points)were lower than those of the control group([11.23±2.15],[13.36±3.17]points)(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of full-course high quality nursing intervention in children with facial and neck hemangioma treated by laser can improve social anxiety and depression,and reduce adverse reactions.关键词
