摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in sputum aspiration combined with mechanical vibration expectoration after atomization inhalation in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 60 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Jiaxiang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected for the study.They were divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received sputum aspiration combined with mechanical vibration expectoration after atomization inhalation.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The time of fever remission,wheezing remission and cough disappearance in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the treatment compliance and the total nursing service satisfaction rate of family members were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in sputum aspiration combined with mechanical vibration expectoration after atomization inhalation in children with bronchopneumonia has a good effect,which can improve the compliance and accelerate the recovery of children,and family satisfaction is high.关键词
