Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of midwifery nursing based on role theory combined with delivery ball free position midwifery in primiparas undergoing vaginal delivery.Methods Using a random number table method,156 primiparas who underwent vaginal delivery in Fei County People's Hospital of Linyi from February 2022 to February 2024 were divided into two groups.The control group(78 cases)received routine midwifery,while the observation group(78 cases)received midwifery nursing based on role theory combined with delivery ball free position midwifery.The sense of delivery control,degree of labor pain,labor process and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher score on the labour agentry scale and lower score on the numerical rating scale,and shorter first,second,and third stages of labor,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(10.26%[8/78])was lower than that in the control group(21.79%[17/78]),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of midwifery nursing based on role theory combined with delivery ball free position midwifery in primiparas undergoing vaginal delivery can reduce the degree of labor pain,improve the sense of delivery control,shorten the labor process and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
