摘要
Abstract
In view of the difficulty of multi-person collaborative operations in virtual maintenance training systems,a collaborative perception algorithm of virtual disassembly and assembly task for aeroengine is proposed.On the basis of the changes in the state of disassembly and assembly objects,a general expression of disassembly object behavior model was defined.Taking the transportation process of large equipment as the research object,four collaborative transportation behavior models were established,including two-hand collaboration,three-hand collaboration,four-hand collaboration,and multi-hand collaboration.A method for solving the pose of disassembly and assembly objects was designed based on the hand position during the process of transportation.A collaborative maintenance operation experiment was conducted using virtual maintenance of a certain type of aeroengine as the task driver.The experiment shows that the algorithm can be effectively used for multi-person collaborative disassembly and assembly training and has good interactive effects.关键词
