Abstract
Objective To compare the application effect of different cervical preconditioning methods in painless induced abortion.Methods A total of 130 early pregnant women(6-10 weeks of gestation)who voluntarily underwent painless induced abortion in Jilin Province People's Hospital from September 2023 to June 2024 were selected,and divided into control group(n=44),group A(n=43)and group B(n=43)by random number table method.The control group did not receive cervical preconditioning before operation,the group A was given disposable cervical dilator device before operation,and the group B was given 80 mg Phloroglucinol at 10 minutes before operation.The effect of cervical softening and dilatation,operation time and intraoperative blood loss were observed in the three groups.Results There was difference in the total effective rate of cervical softening and dilatation among the three groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of cervical softening and dilatation in groups A and B was better than that in the control group,and the total effective rate in group A was better than that in group B(P<0.05).There were significant differences in operation time and intraoperative blood loss among the three groups(P<0.05).The operation time and intraoperative blood loss in groups A and B were less than those in the control group,and the operation time in group B was shorter than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Disposable cervical dilator device and Phloroglucinol used in cervical preconditioning of painless induced abortion,disposable cervical dilator device has better cervical dilatation effect,both can shorten the operation time and reduce the intraoperative blood loss.However,Phloroglucinol has more advantages in shortening the operation time.关键词
