水解聚丙烯腈基纳滤膜制备及染料分离性能
Preparation of integrally skinned hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile nanofiltration membrane and its separation performance for dyes

Abstract
Herein,hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile(H-PAN)was used as membrane matrix material to prepare polymer dope solution composed of H-PAN and graphene oxide(GO).Meanwhile,aqueous solution of PEI was used as coagulation bath,and an ion complexion reaction involving non-solvent induced phase inversion process was applied to prepare an integrally skinned nanofiltration membrane.The water flux and dye rejection of nanofiltration membrane firstly increase and then decrease as the increment of GO content in dope solution and PEI concentration in coagulation bath.The optimal membrane has a 99.6%rejection rate for Congo Red under the optimal membrane preparation conditions of GO content of 0.01%in dope solution and PEI concentration of 0.4%in coagulation bath.The results show that the performance of membrane breaks through the trade-off relationship between membrane permeability and selectivity,and the membrane has an improved separation performance for Congo Red when compared with the virgin H-PAN membrane.This study offers a one-step method for preparing a nanofiltration membrane that could be used for fractionation of dye and salt mixture and/or removing dyes from wastewater.关键词
