Abstract
How to use family doctors as a starting point to improve the level of chronic disease management is still a ma-jor challenge in China.This study summarizes the current chronic disease management models,family doctor contract service models,and new digital health technologies in China.It expounds the connection between the three and explores the advantages of new digital health technologies in chronic disease management and family doctor contract services,aiming to provide a solid theoretical foundation for improving the level of chronic disease management.关键词
