甲基丙烯酸长碳链酯的合成与表征
Synthesis and characterization of long carbon chain methacrylates

Abstract
Four long carbon chain methacrylates were prepared in one pot by melting esterification using methacrylic acid and long carbon chain alkyl alcohols(i.e.,isodecyl alcohol,dodecyl alcohol,tetradecyl alcohol,hexadecyl alcohol)as raw materials,N2 as water carrier,hydroquinone as inhibitor,and p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst.The effect of reaction conditions on the yield was investigated.The optimum synthesis process is as follows:the ratio of acid to alcohol 1.2∶1,hydroquinone accounted for 1.0%of the monomer mass as inhibitor,p-methylsulfonic acid accounted for 1.2%of the monomer mass as catalyst,the reaction time 5 h and the reaction temperature 110℃.Thin-layer chromatography,Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectra,H1-nuclear magnetic resonance(1HNMR)and gas chromatography(GC)proved that the target compounds have been successfully synthesized,the yield is more than 96%,and the purity is more than 99%.This method has the advantages of simple step,easy post-treatment,high product purity and green environmental protection,which can be used for industrial large-scale production.关键词
