摘要

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of compound acidifier on the growth performance of fattening pigs.A total of 112"Duroc×Landrace×Large White"ternary fattening pigs,at(154±3)days of age,weighing(90.50±1.12)kg,were used and randomly di-vided into 2 groups,each with 7 replicates and 8 pigs in each replicate.Half of pigs were males and half females.The control group was fed with the basal diet and the experimental group was fed with the basal diet supplemented with 1 500 mg/kg of the compound acidifier.The re-sults showed that,compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake(ADFI)of the experimental group was not significantly different,their feed-to-weight ratio(F/G)was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and their average daily weight gain(ADG)tended to be increased(P<0.1).The digestibility of crude protein,arginine,isoleucine,leucine,lysine,phenylalanine,threonine and valine in the ex-perimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05);the activities of serum glutathione(ALT)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the contents of globulin(GLO)and total cholesterol(CHOL)tended to be in-creased in the tested pigs(P<0.1).These results indicated that the addition of 1 500 mg/kg acidifier complex to the basal diet helped to improve the growth performance of fattening pigs,enhance the apparent digestibility of nutrients in the animals,and improve their serum bio-chemical indexes.
