User deviant behavior in sharing economy services:Identification of dimensions,formation mechanism,and optimization measures
摘要
Abstract
Deviant behavior has impaired the healthy and sustainable development of the sharing economy industry.Although such behavior has manifested urgency and importance in practical terms,relevant studies are insufficient to account for how this phenomenon is formed and managed.Given the realistic predicament faced by the sharing economy,this study delves into user deviant behavior based on the social exchange theory.The research focuses on the following three aspects:(1)Uncovering the specific dimensions of such behavior and developing an operational measurement instrument;(2)Determining the perceived benefits,perceived risks,and personal characteristics that affect users'deviant behavior,and revealing the formation mechanism of such behavior;(3)Identifying industry regulations and government supervision measures,exploring the influence of external intervention measures on the decision-making process of deviant behavior,and optimizing the management strategy.This study will provide theoretical insights from three aspects:the dimensional classification of deviation behavior,formation mechanism,and optimization measures,enrich the framework of the social exchange theory,and promote theoretical innovation in the field of sharing economy deviant behavior.关键词
