摘要
Abstract
Blockchain,with its decentralized,tamper-proof and transparent features,applied to digital copyright protection,can provide innovative solutions in the fields of copyright registration,verification,tracing,transaction and cross-border protection.The article first analyzes the current problems and challenges in digital copyright protection,and then explores the application of blockchain in digital copyright protection,including copyright registration and verification,copyright traceability and infringement monitoring,the role of smart contracts in copyright transactions,and how to resolve disputes over cross-border copyright.Through automated and intelligent mechanisms,blockchain can not only improve the efficiency of copyright management and reduce intermediary costs,but also effect copyright infringement and disputes.关键词
