Study on safety and immune duration of TGEV,PEDV and PDCoV triple inactivated vaccine

Abstract
This study was to investigate the safety and immune duration of the TGEV,PEDV,and PDCoV triple inactivated vaccine.The vaccine was developed by inactivating and emulsifying the TGEV(SHXB strain),PDCoV(LYG/14 strain),and PEDV(ZJ/15 strain).To observe the safety of the triple inactivated vaccine,and detect the serum neutralizing antibody titer and ELISA antibody titer at 10 days to 6 months after immunization,fifteen healthy piglets with negative TGEV,PEDV and PDCoV antigens were used and divided into two groups and inoculated with 2 mL and 4 mL vaccine,respectively.The results showed that all piglets survived after vaccination,with good mental state,normal body temperature and appetite.Besides,the triple inactivated vaccine was well-absorbed at the injection site,with no swelling or ulceration observed.After 10 days of immunization,the mean neutralizing antibody levels of TGEV,PEDV and PDCoV were 1∶1 024,1∶64 and 1∶1 024,respectively;and all the ELISA results turned positive.The neutralizing antibodies lasted up to 5 months after immuni-zation;and the mean neutralizing antibody levels of TGEV,PEDV and PDCoV were 1∶32,1∶32 and 1∶32,respectively.The present re-sults indicated that the triple inactivated vaccine had good safety and long duration of immunity,which laid a foundation for promotion of the vaccine.关键词
