Abstract
In the era of high-quality development of public hospitals,personnel archives have increasingly become cru-cial decision-making foundations for human resource strategic planning.Currently,the management of hospital personnel archives faces numerous problems and challenges,such as outdated management concepts,sluggish informatization progress,and insuffi-cient exploration of the value of archives.Therefore,it is essential to proactively explore the transformation of management ap-proaches.This paper proposes a series of optimization strategies from multiple dimensions,including the utilization of archival in-formatization technology,the establishment of standardized procedures,and the cultivation of a professional talent workforce,ai-ming to enhance the management standard of personnel archives in public hospitals.关键词
