摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of using transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound(3D-TVS)combined with ultrasound elastography(UE)in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 96 PCOS patients who received treatment in our hospital from April 2023 to June 2024 and 96 healthy women who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as research subjects.PCOS patients were the observation group, and healthy women were the control group.3D-TVS and UE examinations were performed on the 7th day of the menstrual cycle. The resistance index(RI),number and size of follicles, end diastolic blood flow velocity(EDV),peak systolic velocity(PSV),and ovarian volume were compared between two groups;and the value of 3D-TVS and UE joint examination parameters in diagnosing PCOS was analyzed. Results On the 7th day of the menstrual cycle,PSV,EDV,ovarian volume, follicle size, and follicle number in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, and the RI was smaller than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that PSV,EDV,RI,ovarian volume, follicle size, and follicle quantity were risk factors for developing PCOS,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The ROC curve showedthat AUC of PSV,EDV,RI,ovarian volume, follicle size, follicle number, and combined detection had certain diagnostic value in the diagnosis of PCOS,and the sensitivity and specificity of the combined detection were higher than those of individual detection, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions 3D-TVS combined with UE has significant clinical application value in the diagnosis of PCOS,which can effectively improve the accuracy of PCOS diagnosis and provide strong support for clinical decision-making.关键词
