施氮对高寒生态条件下垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)草地土壤微生物特征的影响
Effects of Nitrogen Application on Soil Microbial Characteristics of Alpine Elymus nutans Grassland

Abstract
Elymus nutans is a valuable species for establishing alpine artificial grasslands due to its strong stress resistance and high nutritional content.However,nitrogen deficiency in alpine grasslands remains a primary constraint on the yield of Elymus nutans.To further elucidate the effects of different nitrogen application levels on soil microbial characteristics associated with alpine grassland plants,a field experiment was conducted with five nitrogen fertilization levels:N0(0 kg/hm2),N1(12 kg/hm2),N2(24 kg/hm2),N3(48 kg/hm2),N4(96 kg/hm2).This study investigated the effects of these nitrogen concen-trations on microbial biomass carbon(MBC),nitrogen(MBN),phosphorus(MBP),and microbial com-munity structure in both the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil of Elymus nutans.The results showed as follows:(1)Nitrogen addition significantly increased MBC and MBN contents in both rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil of Elymus nutans,reaching maximum values under the N3 treatment.MBC and MBN con-tents in the rhizosphere soil of Elymus nutans grassland were higher than in the non-rhizosphere soil,while MBP content was lower than in the rhizosphere soil compared to the non-rhizosphere soil.(2)In the soil microbial community of Elymus nutans grassland,the dominant bacteria phyla included Actinobacteria,Acidobacteria,Proteobacteria,and Chloroflexi,and the dominant fungi phyla were Ascomycota,Mortier-ellomycota,and Basidiomycota.Under the N0 treatment(no nitrogen addition),the Chao1 and Ace indi-ces of both bacterial and fungal communities were significantly higher than in the rhizosphere soil compared to the non-rhizosphere soil(P<0.05).Across different nitrogen treatments,the Simpson index of bacteria in the non-rhizosphere soil of the N0 group was significantly higher than that of the N3 group(P<0.05),while no significant differences were observed in the α-diversity indices of the fungal community in rhizo-sphere and non-rhizosphere soil under different treatments.关键词
