Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of ultrasound-guided suprascapular nerve pulse radiofrequency and traditional shoulder pain point injection in the treatment of chronic refractory shoulder pain.Methods 106 patients with chronic refractory shoulder pain admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 53 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional shoulder pain point injection,and the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided suprascapular nerve pulse radiofrequency.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results 1 month,2 months and 6 months after treatment,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and the Constant-Murley scores were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).6 months after treatment,the external rotation activity,abduction activity and forward bending activity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05),the PGE2 and TGF-β1 levels was lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound-guided suprascapular nerve pulse radiofrequency in the treatment of chronic refractory shoulder pain has significant effect,which can relieve the shoulder pain,and restore the function of shoulder joint.关键词
