摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the inadequacy of the development of railcar remote monitoring and data analysis platform for the existing monitoring system in terms of real-time,accuracy and data application,this paper proposes a comprehensive solution based on distributed architecture.The system test shows that the accuracy of the platform in the detection of operating status is improved to 98.5%,and the delay of data transmission is reduced to the level of milliseconds.The application case verifies the important role of the platform in railcar fault diagnosis and operation efficiency improvement,reduces the equipment failure rate and improves the scheduling accuracy,showing a broad industrial application prospect.关键词
