摘要

Abstract

In this experiment,a total of 50 yak milk samples were collected from Lhasa City,Xizang,and 24 strains were identified by biological identification.The results of drug resistance gene test showed that the strain was sensitive to tetracycline,minocycline,cefazolin and carbenicillin,but was resistant to erythromycin,medemycin and ampicillin.The detection rate of tetM gene was 45.83%,and the detection rates of ermB,tetO,ermA and pbp2b were 20.83%,12.5%,0 and 0,respectively.This study studied the prevalence and drug resistance of lactogenic streptococcus in yaks in Lhasa,Xizang,and laid a foundation for the subsequent prevention and control of streptococcus in yaks.
