Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of transnasal low-intensity infrared laser combined with nasal irrigation in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis and its impact on inflammatory factors. Methods 120 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from June 2022 and July 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by a random number table, with 60 patients in each group. The control group received standard nasal irrigation therapy, while the observation group received transnasal low-intensity infrared laser on the basis of the control group. The symptom score, sign score, serum inflammatory factor[interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-13(IL-13),interferon-y(IFN-γ)]levels,and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the symptom and sign scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the symptom and sign scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).After treatment, the serum IL-4 and IL-13 levels were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the IFN-γ level was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05);the serum IL-4 and IL-13 levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, while the IFN-γ levels was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.0%,without statistical difference compared with 8.3%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Transnasal low-intensity infrared laser combined with nasal irrigation in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis can improve the symptoms and signs, and regulate the inflammatory factor levels, with good safety.关键词
