环状RNA及其调控畜禽重要经济性状的研究进展
Research Progress on Circular RNA and Its Regulation of Important Economic Characters in Livestock and Poultry
摘要
Abstract
circRNA constitutes a category of single-stranded,non-coding RNA species that are synthesized through the mechanism of reverse splicing,adopting a circular conformation.It exerts its biological functions by modulating gene transcription and serving as a molecular sponge for miRNAs,and translating functional proteins.It exerts a significant regulatory function in the growth,development,and reproduction processes of livestock and poultry.This article comprehensively reviews the functions of circRNA and its research on regulating significant economic traits in livestock and poultry.The purpose is to provide references for circRNA related studies in the livestock and poultry field and offer theoretical support for further in depth exploration of circRNA's regulatory roles in the growth,development,and reproduction of livestock and poultry.关键词
