燕麦草块加工参数筛选及其对营养成分含量的影响
Screening of Processing Parameters and Their Effect on Nutritive Composition of Oat Hay Cube

Abstract
As a vital forage crop in livestock production,oats(Avena sativa L.)are primarily supplied as hay.However,this utilization pattern demands massive storage space and results in forage resource waste due to the low feeding rate of oat straw.In view of this,this research aims to process high-quality oat hay cubes.Analysis was conducted with an orthogonal experimental design of three factors with three levels for moisture content(A1:16%,A2:20%,A3:24%),particle size(B1:3-5 cm,B2:5-7 cm,B3:7-10 cm),and bentonite addition(C1:0%,C2:3%,C3:5%).Effects of these processing param-eters in grass products on the forming rate,density,hardness,durability,and nutrient loss were assessed to screen the optimum parameters for oat hay cubes.The results showed that:processing parameters sig-nificantly affected the quality of oat hay cubes.The moisture content of raw materials was significantly affected the forming rate,density,and durability of oat hay cubes(P<0.05).The particle size was a sig-nificantiy affected on the forming rate,density,hardness,and durability of oat cubes(P<0.05).The ben-tonite addition was a significantiy affected on the forming rate and durability of oat cubes(P<0.05).Based on comprehensive analysis of the highest formability,the optimum processing parameter of the oat hay cube was finally determined to be A2B1C2,i.e.moisture content of 20%for raw material,pulverized particle size of 3-5 cm,and bentonite addition amount of 3%.Oat hay processed into oat hay cube significantly(P<0.05)reduced the contents of crude protein and vitamin B1,while crude ash,crude fat and vitamin E were significantly(P<0.05)increased.关键词
