超声介入微创椎旁侧隐窝神经阻滞治疗高寒地区腰椎间盘突出症的效果及对5-羟色胺的影响
The Effect of Minimally Invasive Paravertebral Recess Nerve Block with Ultra-sound Intervention on the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation in High-Al-titude Areas and Its Impact on 5-Hydroxytryptamine

Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of ultrasound-guided intervertebral foramen puncture on the clinical efficacy and pain indicators of patients with lumbar disc herniation in high-altitude areas.Methods 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Milin People's Hospital,Tibet from January 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into control group(50 cases,health education and oral drugs)and observation group(50 cases,ultrasound-guided puncture of intervertebral foramen).The patients were treated once every 5~6 days,with 2~3 sessions as one course of treatment.Both groups of patients received one course of treatment and were followed up for 48 weeks.The clinical efficacy after treatment,as well as the pain status,lumbar spine function,and daily self-care ability before treatment and at 12,24,and 48 weeks after treatment were observed and compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 96.00%,higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05);Compared with pre-treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS)pain scores of both groups of patients showed a decreasing trend at 12,24,and 48 weeks after treatment,while the serum serotonin(5-HT)levels showed a decreasing trend,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores showed an increasing trend,and the changes in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with pre-treatment,the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)scores of both groups of patients showed a decreasing trend at 12,24,and 48 weeks after treatment,while the Activities of Daily Living(ADL)scores showed an increasing trend,the changes in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The integration of ultrasound technology for positioning assistance during the treatment of lumbar disc herniation patients through intervertebral foramen puncture in high-altitude regions can improve clinical effiicacy to a certain extent,reduce patient pain,improve lumbar spine function,and enhance daily self-care ability,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
