摘要

Abstract

In order to evaluate the safety of Tyvanomycin tartrate nanoemulsion(TAT-NE)when administered by inhalation,the acute toxicity evaluation of TAT-NE in rats was carried out.Under GLP conditions,the minimum dose(Dm)and the maximum dose(Dn)that could make all rats survive after inhalation of TAT-NE were determined by pre-test.Based on this,5 dose groups were set up,with 10 rats in each group and half male and half female,and were administered by inhalation for 7 days.The median lethal dose(LD50)was calculated by Bliss method.The LD50 of TAT-NE inhalation in rats was 1 639.8 mg/kg,and the 95%confidence limit of LD50 was(1 371.5 mg/kg,1 960.7 mg/kg).TAT-NE inhalation is low toxicity and safe for experimental animals.
