Abstract

As an important place for carrying historical memories and spreading civilization,museums are facing the challenges and opportunities of transformation and upgrading in the era of information technology.With the development of information technology and the arrival of the era of big data,museum operation and management urgently need to realize refinement and intelligence by modern means to enhance visitor experience and operational efficiency.In this paper,we will start from the important position of ticketing system and exhibition reservation system in museum informatization,and explore the characteristics and value of big data of museum ticketing and exhibition reservation as well as the optimization strategy,in order to provide useful references for the modernization and refinement of museum operation and management.
