草原确权承包政策的共同富裕效应
Common Prosperity Effect of Grassland Rights Confirmation and Contracting Policy
摘要
Abstract
Based on the panel data of 33 animal husbandry counties in Inner Mongolia from 2002 to 2020,this study used the multi-time point difference-in-difference model to explore the impact and mecha-nism of grassland contracting policy on herdsmen's income,and used the Theil index to examine the impact on the internal income gap of herdsmen.The results showed that the grassland right confirmation and con-tract policy help to improve the income level of herdsmen,and can promote income growth through invest-ment effect and labor transfer effect.The loan effect was not significant,and the effect of promoting income in the eastern region was better,it was more beneficial to the herdsmen with higher income.How-ever,the policy was difficult to further narrow the income gap among herdsmen.Finally,some suggestions were put forward to improve the grassland contract policy and promote the increase of herdsmen's income.关键词
