SD大鼠常见自发性肿瘤病变的分析研究
Analysis of Common Spontaneous Tumor Lesions in Sprague-Dawley Rats

Abstract
To understand the common spontaneous tumor lesions and their incidence in SD rats,and to provide background data for for the development of new drugs,non clinical safety evaluation of pesticides,chemicals,and other drugs.The normal control group in the chronic toxicity test consisted of 120 4-week-old SPF grade SD rats,half male and half female.They were quarantined for 5 days and euthanized after being fed with regular feed for 104 weeks.Histopathological examination was performed on rats that died during the experiment and were euthanized at the end of the experiment.Summarize the incidence and situation of spontaneous tumor lesions in 120 control group rats.A total of 117 SD rats were analyzed(3 were lost during the experiment).Among which 61.54%were benign tumors and 19.66%were malignant tumors.Among the common spontaneous tumor lesions,pituitary adenoma had the highest incidence,followed by mammary fibroadenoma,mammary adenoma and subcutaneous fibroma.There are many types of spontaneous tumor lesions commonly found in SD rats in chronic toxicity tests,with different incidence rates.The results of this study can provide some reference value and scientific basis for relevant toxicological safety evaluations.关键词
