Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of automatic elastic thread ligation combined with dentate line-preserving external hemorrhoidectomy with suturing for mixed hemorrhoids.Methods From July 2021 to July 2023,total 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were enrolled and randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)using a random number table.The observation group underwent automatic elastic thread ligation combined with dentate line-preserving exter-nal hemorrhoidectomy with suturing,while the control group received Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH).Efficacy,perioperative indicators,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results No significant difference was observed in operative time between the two groups(P＞0.05).The observation group demonstrated higher overall efficacy rate(P＜0.05),shorter wound healing time and hospital stay(P＜0.05),reduced intraoperative blood loss(P＜0.05),lower postoper-ative pain scores(P＜0.05),fewer postoperative complications(P＜0.05)than the control group.Conclusion The combination of automatic elastic thread ligation and dentate line-preserving external hem-orrhoidectomy with suturing is effective for mixed hemorrhoids,minimizing intraoperative bleeding,re-ducing postoperative pain,decreasing complications,and accelerating recovery.关键词
