Abstract

To study the appropriate sowing rate and row spacing for promoting the production of"Tianyan No.1"seeds with a large planting area in Ordos region,three sowing levels and four row spacing levels were set up,and a two-factor random block design was adopted to explore the effects of different sowing rates and row spacing on the seed yield of forage oats and composition factors of oat seeds for feed.Multiple regression and path analysis were used for evaluation.The results showed that as the row spacing increased,the seed yield of forage oats showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.As the sowing amount increased,the seed yield of forage oats gradually increased.When the sowing amount was 180 kg/hm2 and the row spacing was 20 cm,the seed yield was the highest,amounting to 2 606.4 kg/hm2.The spike weight per spike,bell number per spike,grain number per spike and 1000-grain weight have a significant effect on increasing seed yield.Their direct and indirect effects on seed yield were obvious.In the actual production process of forage oat seed,cultivation measures can be adjusted appropriately to increase the spike weight per spike,the bell number per spike,the grain number per spike and the 1000-grain weight in order to improve the seed yield.
