Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)on postop-erative pain stress and anorectal dynamics in patients with severe hemorrhoids.Methods Total 74 pa-tients with severe hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to July 2023 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with PPH,and the control group was given Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH).Postoperative pain and anorectal dynamics were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,wound healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The amount of blood loss during operation was less than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of pain stress factors and anorectal dynamics were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion PPH is an ideal operation for the treatment of severe hemorrhoids,which can help to improve the levels of pain stress and anorectal dynam-ics in patients.The therapeutic effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
