痔瘘洗剂联合地奥司明片用于混合痔术后的临床疗效观察
Clinical Efficacy of Zhilou Lotion Combined with Diosmin Tablets in Postoperative Treatment of Mixed Hem-orrhoids
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zhilou Lotion combined with diosmin tablets in postoperative treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Total 60 patients undergoing surgical treat-ment for mixed hemorrhoids at our hospital from September to November 2023 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases each.The control group re-ceived oral diosmin tablets postoperatively,while the treatment group was given additional fumigation,washing and sitz bath with Zhilou Lotion.Clinical efficacy,anal edema,pain,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Edema and pain scores,as well as inflammatory factor levels were significantly lower in the treatment group compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Zhilou Lotion and diosmin tablets effec-tively alleviates postoperative complications such as perianal edema and pain,reduces inflammatory factor levels,accelerates wound healing,and improves clinical outcomes in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.关键词
